We supply science laboratory equipment and resources to schools and educational institutions. All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment is required in full before goods are shipped. Accepted methods include EFT, debit/credit cards, and approved payment gateways.

4. Orders and Delivery

• Orders can be placed through our website or via email.

• Delivery timeframes will vary based on location and availability but will typically be within 3–7 business days.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• All products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

• Innovative Science Solutions is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse of products.
